Director Boyapati Seenu is all set to come up with a flick that got Nandamuri hero Balakrishna in the lead. And the tentative title of this flick is 'Ruler'. Oh, but things are not going to be that smooth for that title. Boyapati is struck to the title 'Ruler' ever since he incorporated a song on that name in flop flick 'Dammu'. But the news is that Dammu producer KS Ramarao registered that title long back and he is not willing to give that to Boyapati. Close sources revealed that KS Rama Rao got Charan's dates already and he wants that title for Mega Powerstar. Already KS Ramarao is on the lookout for a director, and earlier he even promised Boyapati, a movie with Charan. But the failure of Dammu pushed him into dilemma to make a movie with this director.
