His debut film hasn’t released yet and already Ram Charan is getting offers in Bollywood.
According to sources, the news is that Bollywood producer and director Karan Johar has bought the rights of Arya-starrer Vettai. The film was made into Thadaka in Telugu.
It seems Karan Johar was totally impressed with Ram Charan’s performance after watching the rushes of Zanjeer.
Hence, he decided to cast Ram Charan in the role that Arya played in the original. Madhavan’s role will be offered to yet another younger actor, inform the sources.
So for all those who had second thoughts about Ram Charan’s entry into Bollywood, KJo’s decision will qualm their doubts. As for Ram Charan, looks like he will have a longer stint in Hindi than his father Chiranjeevi.
